*Orders less than 10 may be printed by a third-party (hence the reason it costs significantly more) and may be DTG (Direct To Garment) printed as opposed to DTF (Direct To Film) printed and pressed. In addition, shirt brands and styles may be limited for quantities less than 10.
PLEASE NOTE: If no shirt brand, brand style or product type is specifically requested, in-stock blank inventory may be used. As a result the final printed and delivered product may include different brands or even upgraded shirts at no additional cost.

Important Note: Please have high quality, print ready (300 dpi minimum), images available in either SVG, AI, ESP, PSD or PNG. Please note PNG files must have transparent backgrounds and the images must be a minimum of 3500px (long side) with at least a 300 dpi minimum. If you do not provide a high quality, clean image, graphic design charges will be added to the order at $75/hour, with a minimum of $75.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

• Why did you change your printing model?
  • Long story short...I don't make make that much money off of Punk Printing. Profit is only around 5%-25% of each order after hard costs. I do everything manually and by hand. As a result with my labor factored in I make far less than a minimum wage hourly job (somewhere between $3/hr and $8/hr on average). This change in printing model is less labor intensive and in my opinion gives better results and significantly more options, colors, etc. for you the customer at roughly the same price as we have been offering since our founding.  Oddly enough the hard costs are a little more expensive for me, but with less time/labor on me as well as far less waste and nebulous consumable hard costs to me like screen printing ink, solvents/chemicals, paper towels, water, electricity and storage space for screens and equipment.
•  When will this change take place?
  • If you are seeing this now, it has already changed.
• What is DTF?
  • DTF stand for Direct To Film. The ink is printed on a film with a heat activated adhesive added to the base coat of the ink. The image printed is then heat pressed onto the garment generally with high pressure which permanently adheres the image to the garment.
• I heard DTF sucks. Why would I want merch printed like that?
  • I heard that too back in the day when it was fairly new, limited and very expensive. Things have changed over the last decade or so. DTF is now a professional premium apparel printing option and you may already have apparel that was DTF printed any may not even know it. Many non-embroidered printed hats with images/logos have been DTF printed. Images on koozies, shoes, arm bands, fabric bracelets, hoodies, shorts, shirts, tags and more are widely being printed in DTF by bands, brands and organizations that many consider "Premium" or "Supreme" expensive brands.
• How long will a DTF print last?
  • Generally speaking a DTF Printed shirt will last 50+ washes under normal wear/wash conditions. In comparison, a traditional water-based or plastisol screen printed shirt will start cracking and showing wear around 30-50 wear/wash cycles and sometimes even earlier. You will typically see garment wear and fade before you will see a degradation in the DTF print under normal wear/wash conditions.
• How does a DTF Print feel on a shirt?
  • That actually depends on a few factors. If you have a pretty solid print (big portions of a contiguous print) it will definitely feel thick and "plasticky". In comparison, plastisol screen-printed shirts often have what people refer to as a rough, thick, "plasticky" feel as well.  This can be mitigated with halftones or other breathable separations in the image. With proper negative space of the original image being printed and our pressing process we aim to give the print a soft, smooth feel on the garment. Some people have already commented on our DTF prints that they almost feel too smooth. But again the main factor is making sure the image is breathable from the onset of the design of the artwork itself.
• Is DTF the only option for patch printing now?
  • Yes. Again, this business model change allows for less waste and labor cost for me and more options for you. We previously only offered 1 color screen printed patches that did not have fine details, with DTF we can now print one color to full color patches with fine details. This is a win win situation...take advantage of it while you can.
• Do you still do any one color screen printing?
  • Yes, our 1 Color Super Saver Punk Screen Printing is still an option for screen printed shirts, but we have changed it up a bit. We are only offering it in a very basic way: white or black shirts only and in white or black ink. We have increased the minimum to 20 shirts on the Super Saver option and have even capped it at 100 shirts per print run. And hell, we even dropped the price per shirt for that.  How many businesses are doing that now a days? Everyone else is raising prices or passing on "inflationary costs" to the customer and I'm dropping prices...That's Punk Rock.
• Damn, did you raise prices?
  • Yes and No...YES, we adjusted the prices as DTF costs us more in hard costs, but NO, as we have lowered our prices to their lowest ever with quantity and super saver discount options.
    • Pre-DTF Standard 1 color screen printing was $7/shirt with a minimum of 10 shirts = $70. Standard DTF (1 color or full color) for 10 shirts at $8/shirt now = $80....However 100 Pre-DTF 1 color screen printed shirts at $7/shirt = $700. Now 100 (1 color or full color) Standard DTF is $6.75/shirt = $675....that's $25 less than our old screen printed shirts.
    • Our new Super Saver Screen Printed T-shirt option has dropped in price from $5/shirt to $4.75/shirt. The minimum has increased but you can now get 20 shirts printed for $95 as opposed to the previous $100. That's $5 less!
    • Patch printing has increased slightly, but with our new Super Saver Uncut Discount option that price increase is actually very minimal, especially if you use the uncut option for higher quantities. Again, the new DTF printing option allows for multi-color patch prints, even variable color patch prints and fine detail prints as we never could offer before.
    • We have even dropped the price of what we used to considered "No minimum full color printed shirts" Pre-DTF change it was $14 for 1 full color printed shirt. Now $13 for 1 full color printed shirt.
