Terms and Conditions are set in place to cover my ass as well as to set the expectation for the services rendered. I try to exceed expectation and offer quality service in all that I do, but there is going to be someone that’s going to screw this up for everyone, and usually that happens because they are dicks or they just haven’t read the terms and conditions.
Basically putting it:
- This is a “DIY Punk Style” printing service, PERFECTION SHOULD NOT BE EXPECTED, AND IS NOT GUARANTEED OR WARRANTIED .
- DTF (Direct To Film) prints are placed and pressed by hand, with an industrial heat press.
- DTF Printing provides for a wide range of colors (1 color to full color images).
- DTF Prints are designed to last at least 50 washes under normal washing conditions, however we do not guarantee nor warranty the longevity of the print.
- The color of the DTF Print may vary slightly from the image provided for many reasons including but not limited to original design computer screen settings and color selections, image compression, CMYK and RGB variants in printing etc.
- To keep costs low for Super Saver Punk Printing, I hand make, stretch, fill, burn the screens, then hand place (NO Carousal) each shirt and each screen, then hand screen each individual item.
- As a result of hand placing each screen, there may be variations on placement of the screened image on each individual garment.
- Also there may be slight variations on alignment. We do our best to line up the image as straight and as aligned as possible, but it cannot be guaranteed or warranted.
- Fine lines or details may be lost. We do our best to get as many details in the printed image, but with our burning process and printing process some of those details in the original art provide may be lost.
- If an image seems to be beyond our capability we will share that with you and may suggest DTF printing at the normal DTF printing prices.
- This may include halftone printing or fine lines that are important in the images.
- If an image seems to be beyond our capability we will share that with you and may suggest DTF printing at the normal DTF printing prices.
- “Super Saver” options are considered “as-is”, meaning what is printed is what you get. If there are imperfections noticed, that would constitute a reprint under our regular price printing, we will not reprint under this option and will send you what has been printed with the imperfections as part of the official quantity you had ordered.

- Turn around time is dependent on many factors, including size of the order and product availability, but is no less than 14 days from order and payment received.
- General internal work flow for understanding and illustration purposes: Order is paid > Blank Shirts & inks or DTF images are ordered (delivered to Punk Printing within 3-5 business days) > [For Screen Printing: Transparencies & Screens prepped and burned: 1-2 business days ] > Test prints and final production begins: 1-3 business days > Order is shipped and delivered to customer: 2-5 business days typically.
- Total Turn Around/Delivery Time Minimum Example from Above: 6-13 Business Days
- Larger Orders or Specialty Orders will extend that turn around time.
- DO NOT EXPECT AN ORDER TO BE DELIVERED BEFORE 14 DAYS. IF YOU NEED AND ORDER BEFORE THEN, YOU MUST SHARE THAT INFORMATION AND EXPECT TO PAY A RUSH FEE.
- Rush orders are available, but its going to cost you for not planning ahead.
- Typical Rush Order Fee calculation is based off of the following formula in how many days prior than the normal 14 day period:
- Cost Per Order * (Day(s) * .15) = Rush Fee
- Example: Customer needs 10, 1 sided printed shirts by day 10: $80 * (4*.15) = $48 Rush Fee
- Example total order fee = $128 + shipping
- Example: Customer needs 10, 1 sided printed shirts by day 10: $80 * (4*.15) = $48 Rush Fee
- Cost Per Order * (Day(s) * .15) = Rush Fee
- Typical Rush Order Fee calculation is based off of the following formula in how many days prior than the normal 14 day period:

- Refunds available within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours of purchase, all sales are final.
- Please note that as a very small business, we do not keep a high inventory of shirts or items in stock and will have to use the funds from the sale to purchase blanks as well as DTF Prints. As a result these hard costs are out of our hand usually within 48 hours of the sale.
- After 24 hours of purchase, all sales are final.
- Digital Proofs may be sent, prior to final production
- If Approved, production will begin.
- If Disapproved, time frame will restart and order delivery date will be extended
- If no Approval or Disapproval is received within 24 hours, production will be begin based off of the proof.
- Shipping Costs are based off of weight and size, and dependent on the available shipping services. Free Local Pickup or Delivery is available, in the Richmond, VA Metro Area.
- For transparency, we have run Punk Printing at a loss since its founding. We basically make anywhere from 5%-25% profit from most of the orders after hard costs. With that we make far less than a minimum wage per hour job with our labor factored in. Most people / businesses would have thrown in the towel or significantly raised prices long ago. We still do this to benefit you the customer, because we actually care and feel that the world would be a better place if everyone saw it from that prospective. We truly appreciate your business as every little bit helps.
